How it works
- ConstraintsWhat should keep homes away: flood risk, green belt, protected sites. Each takes land out or counts against it.
- AttractorsWhat makes land good for homes: a station in reach, jobs, buses. You set the weights; every 250 m cell gets a score.
- AllocationPlace a housing target on the best-scoring land, in the pattern you choose. Compare the answers.
